Gather with your fellow unit owners as the Board discusses the Association operations, maintenance, special projects, and other items affecting the Association.
The Board of Directors for Bay Reach Condominium Association, Inc. hosts regular meetings held via Zoom broadcasted from the Association Clubhouse located at 1001 Lakeshore Dr, Lake Park FL 33403.
The Board Meeting Agenda will be posted online at least 48 hours prior to a regular board meeting. For membership meetings, special assessment meetings, budget meetings, the Notice and Agenda will be mailed in accordance with FS718 provisions and the Declaration of the Condominium. Any Association members who wish to address a specific matter at the meeting, please send your request to the board of directors prior to such time to ensure that you are acknowledged during the meeting.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR OWNERS TO FILL OUT THE PROXY AND RETURN IT TO THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE PRIOR TO THE SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING. Owners may send the proxy back by email (at clientcommunication@anzengroup.com) or by mail.
50% plus One of the Total Voting Interest (111 owners) MUST ATTEND the Special Membership Meeting in person (ZOOM) or by Proxy in order to establish the quorum for the meeting to take place.
The SIRS Reserves must be collected 100%, per FS718. To collect only 20% NON-SIRS Reserves instead of 100%, 111 OWNERS MUST VOTE FOR 20% NON-SIRS RESERVES.
